In the early days TermoDeck concentrated on office type buildings but it soon became apparent that the advantages of TermoDeck were also applicable to universities and school buildings, hotels, theatres, hospitals, prisons, banks and public buildings generally, and even to apartments and condominiums.

Since 1990 the mix between types of building has been more balanced, as it has become clear that almost any building designed to accommodate people can benefit from incorporating the TermoDeck System.

Until April 2020, over 430 projects incorporating TermoDeck have been completed with a total area exceeding 2,0 million sqm. As indicated above most of these buildings are commercial (offices, banks and similar), but there are also several institutional buildings (schools and universities) and some medical buildings, hotels, libraries, law courts, theatres, shopping malls, hospitals and a few industrial ones. More recently in Sweden, there have been around twenty residential buildings (apartment blocks) constructed with the TermoDeck system.
